Great news for the Cancun Visitors Bureau! Lizzie Cole Guerrero has been appointed as the new Director and Chief Executive of the Cancun Convention & Visitors Bureau. After recently working as the Marketing Director at Riviera Maya Destination Marketing Office, Cole brings 14 years of experience in tourism and marketing to the new role, and she will be responsible for the development of new marketing and promotional strategies that will keep Cancun´s position as the leading tourist destination in Mexico.
Its white sandy beaches and warm turquoise waters and its tropical setting have been attracting hundreds of thousands of tourists every year. There are new hotels and activities opening up all the time to keep the interest alive in visitors that come back year on year to spend their vacation in Cancun.
