My sister in-law are flying to Cancun this weekend and were not able to get their Passport back. Are they required to have a valid US Passport for entry into Cancun. He has birth certificate, SS card, Utah Driving License, etc. If you could respond or call my cell phone before end of day, it would be greatly appreciated.
